28 ceasefire violations by Assad regime in first 24 hours - monitor
The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented 28 violations of the Syria ceasefire in the first 24 hours after the ceasefire took effect. 

The network released a report on Saturday in which it documented 19 attacks and nine detentions all of them by Assad regime. The report revealed that six attacks by Assad regime in Hama, five in Damascus countryside, four in Idlib and four in Homs. Assad regime also detained nine people in Khan al-Sheeh camp in Damascus countryside. 

The network compiled the report after reviewing and verifying videos and photos received from the areas where the violation were committed, in addition to talking to survivors and witnesses.

A countrywide ceasefire in Syria went into effect at midnight on Thursday (2200GMT), after Turkey, Russia and opposition fighting factions reached a deal in the Turkish capital Ankara. Turkey and Russia will act as guarantor countries for the implementation of the ceasefire.
