Rallies in multiple Syrian cities in support of the revolution

Civilian rallies were held Friday in multiple cities and towns in Syria to stress their support for the goals of the revolution, including getting rid of the Assad regime a day after a ceasefire deal was reached in Ankara.

Demonstrators in Douma called for unity among opposition fighters and the insistence on the goals of the revolution especially the central goal of toppling the Assad regime.

Similar rallies were held in Saqba and Idlib. Demonstrators carried placards showing their support for the besieged villages of Wadi Barada where Hezbollah and Assad regime terrorists breached the ceasefire deal by bombing the area on Friday.

On Thursday, Turkey, Russia and opposition fighters said they reached a ceasefire deal that covers all of Syria with Turkey and Russia as guarantors.
