Opposition fighters killed 15 Iran-backed and Assad terrorists and destroyed a tank Friday in al-Zureiqiyah south of Damascus, Orient News correspondent reported.
Opposition fighters also took control of Hazrama and the surrounding poultry farms after clashes with Iran-backed militias and Assad terrorists in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus.
Eastern Ghouta suffers from difficult conditions due to heavy bombardment and a tight siege imposed by Iran-backed militias and Assad regime.
