Finally the world holds Assad responsible for targeting civilians via toxic chlorine

A Western diplomat told Reuters that an international investigation identified the two squadron helicopters and two other military ones to be owned by the Assad regime, holding the regime responsible for the attacks on civilians using chlorine gas. The diplomat stated that the findings of the United Nations and the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons were based on Western and regional intelligence.
