Assad terrorists shelled on Thursday residential areas in the city of al-Rastan in Homs northern countryside, َQasion news agency reported.
In the video footage, a man appeared rushing to the site of the attack saying: "A violation of the US-Russia Syria truce in the city of al-Rastan; Assad regime targeted the city on Thursday at 11.15 am with mortar bombs".
