Red Crescent evacuates 4 serious conditions in Madaya
A delegation of the Syrian Red Crescent entered today the city of Madaya in Damascus western countryside to evacuate four serious conditions of its residents, Qasion news agency reported.

"Three of the four serious conditions were gravely wounded civilians hit by Hezbollah snipers, and the fourth was a girl afflicted with meningitis," Dr. Mohammad al-Yousef, the head of the medical point in Madaya said.

"We thank Jaysh Fatth (The Army of Conquest) for giving a hand in evacuating those miserable people to be treated in private hospitals," he said.

"We appeal to the UN, the medical organizations and the humanitarian organizations for helping our medical point and supporting it with medical equipment and aid supplies, especially baby milk," al-Yousef added.

Between 2015 and 2016, tens of children died from landmines and Assad terrorists’ allies, Hezbollah snipers, in the besieged city.

Medical staff in the city knew they could not provide the treatment needed to save these children’s lives and requested evacuations for them. However, their requests were not granted and the children died as a result.
