Assad-Russian warplanes targeted Sunday morning civil defense volunteers’ center in Saraqeb city in Idlib, rendering it out of service, Orient News correspondent reported.
A vacuum missile directly targeted the center, causing huge damage to the building and equipment, a field source told Orient Net.
"Three volunteers were injured when another airstrike targeted the center with cluster bombs. This led to damaging two ambulances and a fire engine," one of the civil defense volunteers told Orient News correspondent. These airstrikes come less 24 hours from the start of the US-Russian brokered truce, whose utmost important condition was the complete halt of Assad and Russian air attacks on civilians in the opposition-held areas.
