Assad’s barrel bombs in Damascus’ Douma after bloody day in the north
Assad regime’s warplanes hit on Thursday residential areas in the city of Douma in Damascus eastern countryside causing mass destruction in the attacked area, Orient News correspondent said.   

Meanwhile, many civilians, mostly children, were gravely wounded, by Assad regime’s airstrikes on Homs’ Deir Fool, al-Za’afarani and al-Sua’af al-Awad villages and on Idlib’s Binnish.

Assad regime’s barrel bombs on Douma came only day after a bloody scenes were reported from Aleppo in the north of the country where at least 30 civilians were killed and tens were seriously injured after Assad terrorists attacked the neighborhood of al-Sukkari in the eastern part of Aleppo. The same neighborhood in Aleppo was attacked with chlorine gas, killing 2 civilians a day before. The Syrian Civil Defence and the Syrian American Medical Society posted videos and photos on social media showing children doused in water using oxygen masks to breathe there.

On Wednesday, at least ten civilians were killed and more than 50 others were injured in Tadef town near al-Bab city in Aleppo eastern countryside after Assad jet fighters dropped cluster bombs on residential areas in the town.

In Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib southern countryside, four civilians were also killed, including a little girl, in addition to 2 civil defense volunteers today after Russian jet fighters targeted residential areas.

Human Rights Watch said many times it used satellite imagery, witness statements and video and photographic evidence to identify at hundreds of locations in opposition-held towns and villages in Syria where Assad regime used large air-dropped munitions including the barrel bombs and other unconventional explosives.
