Opposition targets Hama Military Airport with Grad missiles

Opposition fighters continued on Saturday targeting Hama Military Airport using Grad missiles, which led to killing an injuring a number of Assad terrorists, Orient News correspondent reported.

Ahrar al-Sham targeted Hama Military Airport, which killed an officer and a number of militants from Assad terrorists, Sham News Network (SNN) reported.

Jaysh al-Ezza targeted the airport with Grad missiles as well. Explosions were heard inside the airport, according to a video footage published on its YouTube page.

In the latest developments, opposition fighters destroyed an Assad T72 tank near the village of Kafra’ to the north of Hama.

Assad terrorists’ position in Qamhaneh village were also targeted with a number of shells in preparation for storming the village.

Hama Military Airport is located to the west of Hama city, and it separates Hama from its countryside. The airport contains one asphalt runway and a number of helipads.

It is worthy to remind that opposition fighters advanced in Hama northern countryside in the last couple of days, controlling a number of towns and cities.
