Assad and Russian warplanes target civilians fleeing from Soran

Assad warplanes targeted the cars of civilians fleeing from Soran and Taibat al-Imam cities, who left their cities to escape Assad regime’s intensified shelling. This led to a massacre in which 9 civilians lost their lives.
