The story contained a video from Aleppo’s al-Ma’adi neighbourhood, in which Assad terrorists perpetrated a massacre against civilians on Saturday, to tell readers a fabricated story.
The Independent claims the death toll was caused by Turkish bombardment in Aleppo’s Jarablus on Sunday.
Orient Net held contacts with a number of locals on the ground who confirmed the story adding that what the British paper claims is absolutely nonsense.
One of the locals said on condition of anomymity: "I have never expected such a thing! How can a well-known newspaper like the Independent commit such a horrible inhuman mistake? If it is deliberate, the fabrication only serves the brutal regime of Assad in Damascus and its allies."
The video was published on Saturday by the White Helmets volunteers in Aleppo’s al-Ma’adi neighborhood.
