Opposition fighters control 15 villages in Aleppo northern countryside
Opposition fighters were able on Sunday to control fifteen villages in Aleppo countryside after clashes with Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) south of Jarablus and with ISIS east of al-Raa’i town, Orient News correspondent reported.

Factions working together under Euphrates Shield operations room were able to control the villages Ein al-Baida, al-Amarneh, Dabes, Bier Kusa, Blaban, al-Hajjaj al-Janoubi, Nazl Hussein, al-Mghayer, and al-Khirbeh, to the south of Jarablus after Clashes with SDF as a part of Operation Euphrates Shield.

Opposition fighters were also able to captivate a number of SDF militants after a well-planned ambush in the village of Kara Graf, south of Jarablus, according to Orient News correspondent.

Opposition fighters captured light and medium weapons and some ammunition.

Meanwhile, to the east of al-Raa’i town, opposition fighters were able on Sunday to control six villages, which are Karsinli, Ayyasha, Sheikh Ya’coub, Balwairan, al-Zahiryya, and al-Mudallala after fighting with ISIS, which withdrew after dozens were killed and injured among its ranks.

Opposition fighters are carrying out attacks on ISIS assembly points in Aleppo northern countryside in order to link Jarablus with al-Raa’i in the northern countryside and control all the villages between them.
