Opposition fighters foil SDF attack in Kaljibrin

Opposition fighters foiled Thursday evening an attack for Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on the town of  Kaljibrin in Aleppo northern countryside, Orient News correspondent reported.

The foiled attempt led to killing and injuring a number of SDF militants, while fighting between the two sides took place on many axes in Aleppo eastern countryside, according to Ibrahim al-Khatib, our correspondent in Aleppo.

SDF installed earthworks in the surroundings of al-Amarneh and Ein al-Beida areas, while fierce clashes took place between opposition fighters and SDF in Yousef Bey village. This coincided with a fierce Turkish artillery shelling on the latter’s positions in al-Hmeir village to the west of Jarablus.

Meanwhile, People’s Protection Units (YPG) attacked, with heavy machine guns, the outskirts of Marea city in Aleppo northern countryside, which led to wounding a woman.
