Assad airstrikes hit Douma, black smoke covers Jobar
Multiple Assad regime’s airstrikes hit Monday residential areas in Damascus eastern countryside’s Douma, photos sent by Orient News correspondent Mohammad Abdulraham showed.  

The air attacks killed 11 civilians, 8 in Douma and 3 in the neighboring town of Beit Sawa. The death doll is likely to rise as the attacked places are remote to reach by rescuers with their humble equipment, according to Orient News correspondent. 

"One of the victims was the girl Naseem al-Barghooth whose house was hit; she threw herself from the third floor out of shock; losing her sight her two arms before she responded to her grave wounds and died," Orient News correspondent said.

The local council in Douma said that Douma has become a city of disaster after the fierce air campaign by Assad terrorists on its residential areas. 

Meanwhile, clouds of black smoke covered Damascus’ Jobar; they could be seen from Douma. The reason behind the belching is still unknown. hasi al-Munajed, Orient News correspondent said that civilians were burning tires to scramble Assad regime’s jets and prevent them from attaching civilians. 

On Sunday, five civilians, including women and a child, were killed by similar Assad regime’s air attacks on Douma. The city is not left for one hour without being targeted by rockets, artillery shelling or barrel bombs.  

Assad regime’s media say the airstrikes in Douma and in all opposition-held areas are aimed at "terrorists”, but Syrian opposition activists have proved most of the strikes to be focused on places, where civilians of women and children are present.
