Assad terrorists carried out on Sunday night multiple airstrikes with cluster bombs on residential areas in the city of Jisr al-Sheghoor in Idlib countryside causing many injuries among civilians and mass destruction in private properties, Orient News correspondent said.
Meanwhile, the town of al-Badama in Jisr al-Sheghoor western countryside was heavily hit on Sunday night by Assad terrorists’ rockets shelled from the Joreen Camp.
Similar attacks were reported in al-Freka and Salet al-Zehoor in Jisr al-Sheghoor without reports of any casualties in the areas.
The use and supply of cluster bombs is banned under international law. The UN political affairs chief told the Security Council last month that there was credible evidence that Assad regime had used cluster bombs, which release many small bomblets over a wide area. No action has been taken against the violations.
