Qasiyoun News Agency published Sunday on its YouTube page a video footage showing Russian air raids on Talibseh city in Homs northern countryside carried out Saturday evening.
The video is filmed at night. It shows how cluster bombs lit the sky of Talbiseh while successive explosions of cluster munitions are heard.
