The Syrian opposition’s High Negotiating Committee (HNC) welcomed on Friday any initiative to deliver aid supplies to civilians in the Assad regime-besieged areas of the country.
These statements came in a press conference in which the NHC said that it is waiting for the details of the initiative.
The HNC reiterated its confirmation to support any initiative to spare the Syrians’ blood and contribute to deliver the aid supplies with the real commitment to this initiate according to the UN supervision and not to be a way of evading international resolutions.
The HNC also said that this initiative has to be immediately implemented without preconditions, especially the humanitarian articles 12, 13, and 14 of the UNSC resolution 2254.
