5 civilians killed by Assad terrorists’ artillery shelling on Talbiseh

Five civilians, including a child, were killed on Friday in Talbiseh in Homs northern countryside after Assad terrorists targeted the city with artillery shells, Orient News correspondent reported.

Bombardment that rocked the city came from the surrounding Assad-loyal villages of al-Misherfeh, al-Ashrafiyeh, Jabbourin, al-Mukhtariyeh, and Mo’askar Mulouk, according to Saifullah al-Ahmad, Orient New correspondent in Homs.

The artillery shelling is still ongoing and coincides with airstrikes by Assad-Russian warplanes.

Dozens of civilians were injured as a result of the bombardment, and makeshift hospitals are overcrowded.

Meanwhile, Russian warplanes targeted al-Se’n village in Homs countryside, Orient News correspondent said, and added that the warplanes made a new round of bombing on al-Ghanto town which was targeted earlier today.

It is worth mentioning that al-Ghanto town was targeted by Assad-Russian warplanes earlier on Friday, leading to the death of sixteen civilians and the injury of many others.
