After opposition fighters’ offensive on ISIS’ al-Raa’i, the terrorist group shelled the city of Mara’a, a Free Syrian Army’s stronghold in Aleppo northern countryside, with toxic poisonous gases, activists from the city said and published some photos showing dozens of suffocation cases among civilians. Orient Net could not independently verify the story.

Meanwhile, 10 airstrikes were conducted today by the US-led coalition’ jets on the city of al-Bab, 35 KM to the east of Aleppo. No news came from the city about the death toll or the causalities because it is controlled by ISIS.

"The US-led coalition’s airstrikes hit the National Hospital," an activist from al-Bab wrote on his Facebook page without mentioning any more details.

In a related story, opposition fighters announced on Monday evening the foundation of a military council aiming at heading towards al-Bab, an ISIS-controlled city. The council will be mainly formed by the al-Bab’s opposition fighters who were previously tracked and expelled from their city by the extremist organization.

This military step came after a source in Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on Sunday a plan that would follow the full control of Manbij city in Aleppo eastern countryside which will be the opening of a crossing road between Manbij and Efreen and the taking control of al-Bab.
