Hijab briefs UN of Assad massacre in Binnish
The General Coordinator of the Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) sent two identical letters to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the current President of the UN Security Council Amr Abul Atta briefing both of them on the recent Binnish massacre committed by Assad regime. The letter read as follows:

"In a continuation of my former letters connected with massacres and war crimes committed by Assad regime and its allied forces from The Russian Federation, Iran, sectarian militias from Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and others against unarmed Syrian civilians, especially women and children, it grieves me to inform you that a new massacre was committed by Assad regime’s warplanes on Wednesday  11/5/2016 in the city of Binnish in Idlib countryside where 15 people were killed and more than 25 were injured, including women and children, most of them are in critical conditions, in addition to the destruction of a mosque and more than 20 houses.

"These crimes are committed by Assad regime and its allies, while you are seeing and hearing. Assad regime is exceeding all limits in committing more crimes amid this doubtful silence practiced by the UN and the Security Council.

"We reiterate our call upon you for an immediate intervention to put an end to these heinous crimes and protect the Syrian people from the continuous and systematic killing by Assad forces, Russian and Iranian forces, and their allied sectarian mercenaries and militias."
