Agreement concluded between Hama prison detainees and Assad regime

An oral agreement was concluded Sunday evening between detainees in Hama prison and some Assad regime representatives; the strike ended and life basics were to be back to normal.

The agreement included the release of all the detainees of the field court in Sednaya prison or those arrested by the terrorism court including those who were convicted; all files are being revisited; the release of detainees time was not announced nor the exact number of those to be released.

Agreement also included that electricity, water, food, medication and all basic needs should be available. Police would not enter the riot sections before next Saturday.

The detainees called on all international bodies to oblige the regime to honour the agreement and respect the agreed upon terms.
