Iranian news agencies announced the killing of general "Reza Farzaneh," the commander of brigade 27 in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, andother 3 officers of the Revolutionary Guards who were fighting in battles with opposition fighters in Aleppo countryside.
According to Tasnim new agency, Farzana, who was a retired general and participated in the Iranian – Iraqi war in the eighties, was killed during an advisory mission after 40 days of arriving in Syria.
The number of Revolutionary Guards who killed in the past 10 days reached 40, including 16 generals killed during fights in Aleppo countryside where Assad terrorists backed by Iranian militias try to lay siege on.
In the same context, Iranian media outlets said earlier 5 generals of Revolutionary Guards and 3 of the Basij were killed in Syria.
