Opposition fighters launched a surprise attack on Assad terrorists and allied militias’ strongholds in al-Turkman mountain in Latakia countryside.
Activists reported that many Assad terrorists were killed when opposition fighters captured Karrouja village in al-Turkman mountain.
Opposition seized 2 military vehicles fitted with machine guns and a number of individual arms and ammunition activists added and said that the opposition fighters carried out a series of coordinated attacks aimed at restoring areas that were captured recently by Shiite militias backed by Russian aerial cover in al-Turkmen mountain.
Meanwhile, fierce fights took place on Bashoura, al-Alya and al-Sarraf axes in Latakia northern countryside amid mutual artillery and missile strikes.
