US: Assad and Russia responsible for what is happening in Syria

Earnest said that “the US holds Assad as the main entity responsible of the attacks on civilians, in addition to those who support him, including Russia,” Anadolu Agency (AA) reported.

“We have reiterated our concerns regarding the method Assad uses while targeting civilians in residential areas under the control of fighting factions opposing Assad,” he continued, emphasizing that “these concerns are based on strong foundations.”
