Iranian deputy FM in Moscow to discuss Syria talks

Iranian Deputy FM Amir-Abdollahian has arrived in Moscow on Wednesday to discuss the Syrian crisis with his Russian counterpart ahead of Geneva III peace conference, Mehr News Agency reported.

Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, is slated to hold talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, the Russian president’s Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa, on the threshold of Geneva III conference on Syrian crisis, Pakistan News said.

The Assad regime has said that Damascus’s delegation will be headed by Bashar al-Jaafari.
